Spreadsheets range from simple to complex. Today Zoe at Computers for Seniors was working with Rhonda to create a spreadsheet and simple column chart of student marks over two semesters and then creating another chart to compare the percentages of the marks against the classifications.
Rhonda has Microsoft Office and learnt today how to use Excel. The data was initially put into a spreadsheet and then easily transformed into the visual representation of a chart where a picture speaks a thousand words.
Microsoft Office can be used on both PC and Mac computers or the Mac has a spreadsheet program called Numbers. If you need some one to one help to learn to use the programs and apps on your computer, tablet or smart phone – give Zoe a call on 0407 956 071 at Computers for Seniors (and Technophobes to address your needs.
