Outlook 2016


It’s the little little things that trip us up.

Zoe at Computers for Seniors was working with Gordon’s list of problems using MS Outlook 2016 on his Surface pro 4.

The designers of the software must be so young with no idea of how hidden or confusing their tabs are to the elderly ( & not so elderly ) users


Why not talk to this sector of the market when designing software with small little hidden tabs all over the page. 

The over complication and clutter leaves people feeling confused and overwhelmed – just clean it up!
