I visited a Japanese importation company and helped the Office Manager to develop confidence using Office 2016 and Windows 10 by filling in any learning gaps he may have. Since our initial telephone chat two weeks ago he had written down the little things that were causing him frustration.
In Office 2016 we worked through his list one by one – things like cut, copy and paste, attaching an image or document to an email, saving file, sending images from his smart phone, using symbols, tables and excel, shapes, text boxes, formatting images and lots more.
I wrote notes and draw diagrams to explain what we did as we did it – and we went over those notes to make sure he understood what each thing was he had mastered. He will now type up the notes as an exercise and try out each thing we did.
If you or your staff are finding Windows 10 complicated to navigate around give Zoe a call on 0407 956 071 at Computers for Seniors and discuss your needs. Often it might just be a few little things that drive you nuts – don’t let it happen – you have to show the computer who is boss.
I look forward to hearing from you for one to one computer help at your pace, place and time to specifically suit your needs. http://www.computersforseniors.me
